It's a stove and it works as should
It came today, September 24, 2024, and I gave it the hard-boiled egg test. I boiled the egg for 10 minutes and it was the same as before with the regular coils. My wife came home, cooked a meal and that was great too, she didn't see any difference. Maybe it's because we don't usually put the burners on high anyway, maybe just on boiling eggs. We haven't tested the oven yet since it only arrived today. We wanted a simple stove, the least electronic panel as possible. There are no surge protectors for stoves, perhaps that's why reviews I've seen on all electronic control panel stoves get a poor rating. They have surge protectors for TVs and electronics, why not for stoves as well since they're becoming more electronic?

use 2 burners to cook food in 1 pot or pan
I have been using this stove from brand new for ~3 years now. I have had an element replaced, and I have spoken to a technician about using the stove top. Apparently, there is a safety feature that prevents any element from staying hot for any period of time. I can be boiling eggs or pasta, or trying to fast fry chicken in oil and, all of a sudden, the element will cool down. If I don't hear this happening and quickly start a second element (to switch to), my food sits in water that's not boiling or worse, in grease that's soaking into my food, rather than sealing it. This is the most disappointing appliance I've ever used.

Looks good
We bought this a month ago and have had so many burnt meals. Cant control the heat elements even on lower temps food burns. We are so disappointed. Please take it back.
